Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order no later than 15 days from the start of the first event (when buying a package of events) or from the day of the interested event for your order without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your email. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.


No refund will be issued if the venue personnel reject you at the entrance because you don't comply with the venue's rules, including the dress code policy. Venue rules apply during the entire time you spend at the club, and we are not responsible for anything that happens after you have entered the club.

No refund will be issued if you can't get into the club for free because the free entrance period has passed.

Conditions for refunds:

Refunds are not possible when it is less than 15 days from the start of the first event (in the case of a purchase of a package of events) or 15 days from the start of the interested event bought.
